Guide and Sample NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
Posted January 24th, 2007 by SiteAdmin
The below attachment provides an excellent guide to the importance of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (also commonly referred to as non-disclosure agreements). There is also a sample NDA contained within this booklet, which is provided by the UK Intellectual Property Office, itself a division of the UK Patent Office. Whenever you are considering giving any detail about your idea you should consider carefully whether you might benefit from obtaining a signed NDA. With this in place you can feel safer about providing another party with more information. Without this in place you might not feel you can provide enough information to even generate interest.

That is a pretty good guide
That is a pretty good guide and the sample NDA seems to make sense. Is this applicable to any country or just the UK? Maybe there are specific NDA's that are suitable for specific types of industries or products? I have attached one that I have used before - might be useful to someone.
