The Ready Made Deck will be available as a 1800mm deck in a bag or in 5700mm length
The patented process eliminate the need for skilled or trades based instalation
The product has a retail pricing point more than 20% less than the cost of decking installed using conventional methods
The owner already has distribution in place in the Australian market & will consider joint ventures or licencing in other countries
Financial modelling, with sensitivityanalysis, has been completed
The ROI in the Australian market at 50,000 m2 (an insignificant market uptake) is greater than 60%, assuming full outsourcing of compoenent manufacturing
The ROI based if the customised timber procesing is undertaken by the Company is in excess of 120%, at that level & even higher if the full productive capacity of the plant is taken up or diverted to traditional processing
The initial capital requirement, based on the latter model, is less than $1.75 million USD.
